Elders / Overseers
Shepherd the flock of God that is among you, exercising oversight, not under compulsion, but willingly, as God would have you; not for shameful gain, but eagerly; not domineering over those in your charge, but being examples to the flock. - 1 Peter 5:2-3

Pastor Greg has served our church since its founding in 2013. He and his wife Lucy have two sons, Alex and Ben. Greg and Lucy met in 1993 while serving together on a Baptist missions team in South Africa, and they’ve been ministering side-by-side ever since. Their ministry journey has included missions, church planting, and pastoral work in South Africa, Virginia, and Tennessee.
Greg attended college through the Television Learning Academy, initially pursuing a career in television commercial and music video production. After coming to faith in Christ, he later spent four years studying for pastoral ministry at the Baptist Theological College of Southern Africa. In his free time, Greg enjoys watching rugby, playing catch in the yard with his boys, and when he has a little extra time, going fishing or shooting with them. He also loves firing up the grill South African “braai” style for friends and family. |
